10. Summary of thesis results:

From focusing on surveying, analyzing and evaluating the current status of visual propaganda activities in Ba Dinh and Ba Vi districts, the thesis draws conclusions and proposes a number of solutions to contribute to strengthening and further improving the effectiveness of propaganda activities in Ba Dinh and Ba Vi districts in particular and Hanoi city in general in the following years.

On that basis, the thesis puts forward a number of recommendations to further improve the effectiveness of visual propaganda work in Ba Dinh district, Ba Vi district in particular and Hanoi city in general.

The research results are reference documents for units doing propaganda work in general and the Center for Culture, Information and Sports of Ba Dinh district, Ba Vi district in particular - the main subjects surveyed in the thesis.

The thesis is a reference document that helps training and research institutions on cultural management have more information in the research and teaching process.

The thesis is a rich source of material for specialized students to continue researching and expanding on related topics.

The thesis is a basis for state management agencies to refer to in order to innovate and improve the quality and effectiveness of visual propaganda work in districts, towns and cities, especially in propaganda activities serving political tasks, major holidays and anniversaries of the country and the capital, national and international events held in Hanoi.
