The thesis provides an overview of the policy of mobilizing the Chinese community in Thailand to participate in the “Belt and Road Initiative” (BRI) based on the international relations theories of realism and liberalism. At the same time, it points out the factors affecting the formation and promotion of the policy, analyzes the current status of policy implementation in the period 2013 - 2023, as well as evaluates the success and limitations of the policy of mobilizing the Chinese community in Thailand to participate in the BRI.
