11. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis provides an overview of the policy of mobilizing the Chinese community in Thailand to participate in the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) based on international relations theories of realism and liberalism. Simultaneously, it identifies factors influencing the formation and promotion of the policy, analyzes the current state of policy implementation during the period 2013-2023, and assesses the successes and limitations of the policy of mobilizing the Chinese community in Thailand to participate in the BRI. In the context of unpredictable changes in international relations and the strong rise of China with its policies and initiatives aimed at restoring the "Chinese Dream," mobilizing the strength of the Chinese community and overseas Chinese is a pragmatic strategy to fully utilize the country's resources.
