10. Summary of the thesis results:

Topic: This study of the Literature and Arts Newspaper during the period 1987-1993 was conducted with the aim of understanding the theory and practice of the renewal process of the Literature and Arts Newspaper, as a literary and artistic newspaper of the Vietnam Writers Association. From this, it aims to highlight the newspaper's successes in applying new approaches, as well as the difficulties and lessons learned during that renewal process.

Theoretically, the study clarified fundamental issues regarding innovation, including theories of innovation, journalistic innovation, etc. Simultaneously, it systematized theoretical issues related to the newspaper's innovation process, from receiving directives from above to the innovative ideas of the newspaper's leadership.

In practical terms, the study assesses, to some extent, the innovations of a typical literary and artistic newspaper. It highlights the newspaper's contributions to nurturing and developing literary talents in the country. Through its bold innovations, the newspaper became a launching pad for many Vietnamese literary figures to gain greater recognition, and many literary works with profound humanistic values, vividly reflecting all aspects of social life at the time, had the opportunity to reach readers.

Based on these studies and analyses, the research shows how a literary and artistic newspaper has transformed itself and achieved success in response to the demands of innovation. It also highlights the reality that embracing innovation means accepting certain difficulties and challenges.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

Subject: Research on “Van Nghe” newspaper in the period from 1987 to 1993 is conducted with the purpose of understanding the theory and practice of its innovation processes as known as a literary newspaper of the Vietnam Writer's Association. The research shows the success of the newspaper when applying innovation and seeing challenges and lessons which Van Nghe newspapers must face in the process of renewing as well.

Theoretically, the research has highlighted the fundamental issues of innovation, including innovation theories, innovation of journalism, ... and substaneously systemized theoretical issues related to the innovation process of Van listen newspaper from the acceptance of directives to the ideas of innovation from leaders.

Practically, the research has partly assessed a typical newspaper in form of literature and art and indicated the newspaper's contribution to nurturing and development of literary talent in the country. Thanks to the strong innovation, the newspaper has become a good launchpad for many Vietnamese literary writers. Many literary works with humanity values​, which lively reflected all aspects of life at that time had the opportunity close to the readers.

Based on theory studying and analysis, the research points out how a literary and arts newspaper has transformed and how sucessfully it reaches with renewal requirements. It also points out the fact that when applying something new, the newspaper also has to deal with the difficulties and certain challenges.
