- The study is also a reference for social work staff, agencies and organizations working with the poor and the ethnic migration and involving in community development projects concerning similar subjects.

- The author has developed this topic at the higher level to apply the industry's knowledge to the research on the importance of social work for poverty reduction. Further research should be conducted in additional provinces, other than Gia Lai.
