Secondly, the author presents the current state of the role of the Hai Duong Provincial Women's Union in poverty eradication: the achievements and limitations, and points out the causes of those achievements and limitations.
Thirdly, the author proposes solutions to enhance the role of the Hai Duong Provincial Women's Union in current poverty eradication efforts.
