10. Summary of thesis results:

The content of the thesis aims to study the public of Bac Ninh city by reading two newspapers, Bac Ninh and Nhan Dan.

In Chapter I of the thesis, the author asserts: Researching the public plays a particularly important role in mass media activities. The public is the subject of the press and media, but at the same time it is also the source of creative inspiration and creative resources of the press. The press is a special commodity product and the public is the "customer" with the nature of influencing the decision to build the press brand.

The author of the thesis has highlighted some characteristics of the public of Bac Ninh city in the current media environment; summarized the typical features of the two newspapers Bac Ninh and Nhan Dan, the development and changes in content and form; summarized the characteristics of natural, economic and social conditions of Bac Ninh city and the characteristics of the public of Bac Ninh city. From there, it is possible to better understand the needs and reception conditions of the public of Bac Ninh city with the two newspapers Bac Ninh and Nhan Dan.

In Chapter II of the thesis, the author has deeply researched and analyzed the reception of the public of Bac Ninh city with reading Bac Ninh newspaper and Nhan Dan newspaper. Grasping the structure of gender, age, level, and main occupation of the public of Bac Ninh city, the author has deeply researched the sources of newspapers read, the level of newspaper purchase, the location and frequency of reading newspapers, the method, time, duration and purpose of reading newspapers; the content often read; the exchange, sharing and use of information after reading; the ability of the public of Bac Ninh city to interact with the two newspapers Bac Ninh and Nhan Dan....

From the analysis, it can be seen that: The public of Bac Ninh city still gives priority to printed newspapers, namely Bac Ninh newspaper and Nhan Dan newspaper, they often spend time reading newspapers in their free time. The rate of people spending money to buy these two newspapers is low, most of them borrow to read because these are two newspapers that are mainly distributed for free. The study also shows that the public of Bac Ninh city is especially interested in political, economic, and current information on these two newspapers because of their accuracy and reliability. At each age, educational level, occupation, and political position, their reading needs, content, and sections are different. The public of Bac Ninh city has shown interest and satisfaction with the information on the two newspapers and has participated in information activities on Bac Ninh and Nhan Dan newspapers.

Based on the practical assessment and collection of opinions, in chapter three, the author mainly focuses on analyzing the recommendations and wishes of the public of Bac Ninh city with the two newspapers Bac Ninh and Nhan Dan, in which the outstanding features are the quickness, timeliness, honesty, accuracy of information and the enhancement of anti-negative information, with high social criticism... Thereby, the author proposes a number of specific and highly practical groups of solutions suitable to the economic and social conditions as well as the nature of the two newspapers to help the two newspapers overcome the existing limitations in order to contribute to public satisfaction and attract more of their audience.

11. Applicability of the thesis:

The author of the thesis hopes that the research results will contribute to the development of mass media research; help the two newspapers Bac Ninh and Nhan Dan further promote their strengths and overcome their limitations in order to continue improving the quality of printed newspapers in general and Party newspapers in particular. The author himself has also drawn many experiences to serve the press activities in the future.

The content of the thesis to study public Bac Ninh city with reading two newspapers and newspaper People Bac Ninh.

In the chapter I of the thesis, the writer states that: Studying the public plays a particularly important role in the activities of mass media. The public is the subject which the media and communication have influence on, however, it is also a source of inspiration and creativity resources of the journalism. Journalism is a product of special commodity and the public is the "customer" with the characteristic of creating influences to decide the brandname creation of journalism.

The thesis's writer highlights some characteristics of Bac Ninh city's public in the current media environment; provides an overview of typical features about Bac Ninh newspaper and People's newspaper, the development and changes in the content and form; an overview of the characteristics of natural, economic and social conditions of Bac Ninh City and public features in Bac Ninh city. Thereby, there is a better understanding about the needs and conditions of the public in Bac Ninh City in getting access to two newspapers: Bac Ninh newspaper and People's newspaper.

The proportion of the residents who spend money on buying two these newspapers is low, the majority of them borrow them to read because these are two main newspapers that are issued free of charge. The study has also shown that the public in Bac Ninh city are particularly interested in information about politics, economics, current affairs in two newspapers by the accuracy and reliability.At different ages, educational level, occupation and political position, the demands of reading, contents and topics which the readers pay attention to are various. The public in Bac Ninh city has the concern, satisfaction with the information in both newspapers and they participates in information activities in Bac Ninh newspaper and People's newspaper.

Based on the assessment and collection of ideas, in the chapter III, the writer mainly focused on the analysis of the proposals, the desire of the public in Bac Ninh city towards two newspapers: Bac Ninh newspaper and People's newspaper in which the prominent features are quickness, timeliness, reliability, accuracy of information and strengthening the information which prevents negative problems and high social criticism. Thereby, the writer gives a number of specific solutions with highly practical features in line with socio-economic conditions as well as the nature of two newspapers to help these two newspapers overcome the existing limitations in order to contribute to achieve the satisfaction of the public and attract greater number of public.
