Monday,Specifically analyze the local poverty situation from 2010 to 2015 with policies on health, housing, education, employment, social security, etc. This is an important theory as a basis for assessing the impact of the policy system and resource system on the poverty reduction results of the commune.

Tuesday,Through studying the interaction between poverty and resource linkage, the study specifically assessed the role of local political organizations in organizing resources to combat poverty.,focusing on enhancing people's participation, strongly promoting the spirit of overcoming difficulties of the poor.

Wednesday,The topic has pointed out the promoting factors that each resource brings in poverty reduction, and also pointed out the factors that hinder the development of resources in poverty reduction work in Doi Binh commune.

First, systematize and analyze the theoretical issues of poverty and poverty reduction.

Second, a specific analysis of the situation of local poverty from 2010 to 2015 with the policies on health care, housing, education, employment, social security, ... This is important as the argument basis to assess the impact of policies and systems in need of resources to reduce poverty outcomes of the communal.

Third, through the study of interactive relationship between the problems of poverty and resource connections, subjects were evaluated in detail the role of political organizations in the localities in organizing the resources to fight the problem of poverty participation, which focuses on enhancing the citizens, strongly promoting the spiritual rise from difficulties of the poor.
