After that, the thesis has made accurate assessments of the results achieved, including limitations and causes, the current status of attracting direct investment in Bac Ninh over the years has proven the policy of attracting and effectively using FDI capital flows in many forms, according to each investment partner and investment industry.

Firstly, the thesis provides the theoretical and practical basis to the matter of attraction of FDI into Bac Ninh, consisting of theory of FDI and potential advantages of Bac Ninh on geographical location, natural conditions, economics, society, law, etc that have taken direct influences to this matter.

Secondly, statistical analysis of data shows the situation of attraction of FDI in Bac Ninh during the years that the thesis refers to that makes the reader understand effective mobilization and attraction of FDI inflows in various forms, according to investment partners and kinds of industry. And, this essay has a true assessment of achievements, including the limitations and their reasons.
