Following this, the thesis provides a thorough assessment of the achievements, including limitations and their causes. The current state of direct investment attraction in Bac Ninh over the years demonstrates the effectiveness of policies to attract and utilize FDI in various forms, according to investment partners and industries.

Third isThis outlines the local development direction for the coming period and proposes solutions to attract FDI, making recommendations to relevant authorities to further enhance the effectiveness of attracting foreign direct investment in subsequent stages.

This study addresses the current state of FDI attraction in Bac Ninh, assessing both the achievements and limitations, including the causes stemming from the management methods of specialized agencies. Therefore, this research can serve as evidence for recommendations and proposals regarding the management methods of local departments and agencies in socio-economic development plans in future periods.

Firstly, the thesis provides the theoretical and practical basis to the matter of attraction of FDI into Bac Ninh, consists of theory of FDI and potential advantages of Bac Ninh on geographical location, natural conditions, economics, society, law, etc that have taken direct influences to this matter.

Secondly, statistical analysis of data shows the situation of attraction of FDI in Bac Ninh during the years that the thesis refers to that makes the reader understand effective mobilization and attraction of FDI inflows in various forms, according to investment partners and kinds of industry. And, this essay has a true assessment of achievements, including the limitations and their reasons.

Thirdly, pointed out the development orientation of Bac Ninh in the near future and offered the solutions for attraction of FDI that is basically used for recommendations for the authorities in order to enhance more effectiveness of FDI for the next periods.
