Summary of Thesis Results: In Chapter 1, the thesis contributed to clarifying some theoretical issues about the type of newsletter and defining the role and position of newsletters in the communication system as well as for businesses today; pointing out the necessity of research on newsletters and their audience. In addition, the thesis provided the most basic information about FPT's "Chúng ta" newsletter – a newsletter with 15 years of history and 10,000 readers at FPT. Chapter 2 of the thesis delves into understanding the FPT audience in relation to receiving information from the "Chúng ta" newsletter. Specifically, the thesis studied the level and methods of information reception by the audience; the impact and effectiveness of the "Chúng ta" newsletter; and the level of satisfaction of the FPT audience. These are fundamental issues when studying the public in relation to media reception. Chapter 3 compiles public evaluations and suggestions regarding this newsletter, and also presents some proposals from the thesis to contribute to improving the quality and effectiveness of the newsletter. 11. Practical application: In terms of practical significance, the thesis has analyzed and synthesized the needs and evaluations of the FPT public, offering feasible proposals to make the "We" newsletter better meet public needs. The thesis also serves as a quality reference for units and organizations planning to create newsletters; for lecturers and students in journalism, communication, and sociology. 12. Future research directions: Research the FPT public in major cities and FPT headquarters abroad to see how geography, living and working conditions, etc., influence public reception of the newsletter. 13. In addition, the thesis introduces basic information about the 15 – year - old Chung Ta Newsletter which has attracted more than 10,000 FPT readers. In the 2nd session, the thesis focus in surveying FPT public in the relation of getting We newsletter's information. In details, the thesis has researched how and to what level the public gets information of Chung ta newsletter; the effect of Chung Ta newsletter and the satisfaction of FPT public. They're basic items of research for public in the relation of getting media communication. In the 3rd session, the thesis contains evaluations and comments of the public and the author's proposals in order to improve the newsletter's quality and effectiveness. 12. Practical applicability, if any: In terms of practical applicability, the thesis has analyzed and reviewed the FPT public' needs and comments, and proposed feasible solutions in order for us newsletter to meet the public need. Further research directions, if any: Further research of FPT public at big cities and overseas FPT offices will be made to explore the influence of geography, living and working conditions… on how they get the newsletter information. 14.
