Summary of the results of the thesis: In chapter 1, the thesis has contributed to clarifying some theoretical issues about the type of newsletter and defining the role and position of newsletters in the communication system as well as for businesses today; pointing out the necessity of research on newsletters as well as their audiences. In addition, the thesis has provided the most basic information about FPT's We Newsletter - a newsletter with 15 years of experience and 10,000 audiences at FPT. Chapter 2 of the thesis delves into the FPT audience in the relationship of receiving information from the We Newsletter. Specifically, the thesis has studied the level and method of receiving information by the audience; the impact and effectiveness of the We Newsletter and the level of satisfaction of the FPT audience. These are the basic issues when studying the public in the relationship of media reception. Chapter 3 collects the public's evaluations and recommendations for this newsletter and at the same time presents some proposals of the thesis to contribute to improving the quality and effectiveness of the newsletter. 11. Practical applicability: In terms of practical significance, the thesis has analyzed and synthesized from the needs and evaluations of the FPT public, making feasible proposals so that the newsletter We can better meet the needs of the public.
