- The thesis objectively assessed the advantages and some limitations of the process of the Hoai Duc District Party Committee leading the development of agricultural economy during the period 1996 - 2008.
On that basis, some experiences are drawn for the Hoai Duc District Party Committee to continue leading the development of agricultural economy in the following years.
