Systematize basic theoretical issues on social insurance policy.
Identifying shortcomings in policies. These are errors and inconsistencies with reality in legal documents on social insurance: compulsory social insurance regimes are inconsistent and inappropriate; Regulations on voluntary social insurance have not yet attracted participants; Regulations on unemployment insurance lack equality; Regulations on social insurance funds are unreasonable; Social insurance implementation procedures are still complicated;
Propose recommendations to improve social insurance policies.

Practical applicability: recommendations sent to the Drafting Committee of the Social Insurance Law - Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs so that the drafting committee can see the perspective of a worker, a researcher on social insurance policy, thereby contributing to perfecting the policy.
