11. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis outlines the theoretical basis and current state of the socialization of television channels at VTC Digital Television; presents the concept of socialization, the process of eliminating monopolies in the television industry in Vietnam, as well as the economic and service functions of the television industry; and highlights typical socialization models at VTC Digital Television, including the capabilities and roles of partner organizations, as well as the role of VTC Digital Television in guiding and managing content in the development and construction of socialized channels. The thesis focuses on evaluating the successes and limitations of two typical socialization models: socialization based on programs, products, broadcast hours, or events. Socialization through broadcast channels is assessed through scientific survey data and objective comments and evaluations from experts, leaders of state management agencies, leaders of VTC Digital Television, socialization partners, and reporters and journalists directly involved in producing socialized programs. From this, the thesis proposes solutions to improve the quality of VTC Digital Television's socialized television channels in particular, as well as television socialization models in general.

INFORMATION ON MASTER'S THESIS
The thesis states the theoretical basis and the real situation of the socialization of the channels of Digital Television Station-VTC, presents the concept of the socialization, the process of the elimination of monopoly in the broadcast industry in Vietnam as well as economic services functions of TV sector; raised the typical socialization patterns in the Digital Television Station - VTC in terms of the capability, the role of the associate partners as well as the orientation role and the content management of Digital Television Station - VTC in the development and establishment of the socialization channels.
The thesis focuses on the assessment on the successes and limitations of these two typical socialization patterns:
- Socialization through the programs, products, broadcasting hours or events;
- Socialization through the broadcasting channels;
Thanks to the data of scientific surveys and the objective comments and assessments of the experts, the leaders of the national authorities, the leaders of Digital Television Station VTC, those socialization partners and reporters, journalists who directly involved in the production of the socialization programs.
The thesis then proposes the measures to improve the quality of TV socialization channels of Digital Television Station-VTC in particular as well as the TV socialization patterns in general.

The research results can provide the theory and the contribution of the practical solutions in the establishment and improvement of TV channel socialization of Digital Television Station – VTC.

More in-depth studies can be the TV socialization patterns in each particular television station or the TV socialization in public interest channels of VTC; the role of the media partners in the socialization in the broadcasting TV channels of VTC; TV socialization and the media economic development of VTC etc.
