The thesis systematically presents the process of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee applying the Party's viewpoints and guidelines to lead industrial development in the province during the period 2001 - 2010.

Through the practice of industrial development in Bac Giang province in the period of 2001 - 2010, the thesis has objectively assessed the achievements, limitations and initially drawn some experiences for current service.

11. Practical application:

The experiences drawn from the practical leadership process are suggestions to contribute to improving the leadership effectiveness of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee in industrial development, building an industrialized and modernized economy according to the Party's guidelines.

In addition, the thesis can be used as a reference for research, teaching and learning of Party History at universities and colleges nationwide and for research on Party history locally.
