10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis summarizes the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the process by which the Ha Bac Provincial Party Committee implemented its rear-area tasks from 1965 to 1972. The thesis reconstructs the process by which the Ha Bac Provincial Party Committee led and directed the implementation of rear-area tasks during the two wars of resistance against the destructive war waged by the US imperialists, through the Party Congress documents, directives, and resolutions of the Provincial Party Committee… Despite nearly 10 years of struggle against the destructive war waged by the imperialists, under the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee and the efforts and determination of the entire army and people, Ha Bac built a strong and comprehensive rear-area potential, firmly protecting the province from the fierce attacks of the US imperialists and actively providing manpower and resources to the Southern battlefield.
In addition, the thesis also initially points out the limitations, causes, and draws some lessons learned from the process of the Ha Bac Party Committee leading the implementation of rear-area tasks from 1965 to 1972, serving as experience for the Party Committees of Bac Ninh and Bac Giang provinces to better perform rear-area tasks in the current period.

This thesis serves as a reference for students majoring in Party History..., and can be used as a reference for research and dissemination of information on the revolutionary history of Hebei in particular and the history of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee in general.

This thesis presents a summary of the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Ha Bac Provincial Party committee implementing backend tasks from 1965 to 1972. Essays reconstruct process Hebei Party leader, directing the backend tasks in two wars against destructive war of American imperialism through Congress documents, directives, Decree decision of the Provincial Party ... After nearly 10 years of struggle against the war but destruction of the empire under the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee, effort, determination of all military and civilians, Hebei has built a strong potential hinterland comprehensive, firmly defending the province before raiding fierce American imperialism and spending and institute positive people of the southern battlefield.
