10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis studies the factors influencing the purchasing behavior of international tourists towards handicraft products in Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa. The research results show that out of the six proposed factors, only five influence the purchasing decisions of international tourists for handicraft products in Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa, including: perceived convenience, advertising and promotions, social influence, motivation, and product factors.
Based on the impact levels of various factors, the author proposes several suggestions, prioritized for the factors with the strongest impact on the swiftlet farming industry, to help businesses improve their operations and to recommend to relevant agencies to promote the development of handicraft products in the province.
11. Practical applications:
This research helps businesses selling handicrafts and relevant government agencies understand the factors influencing the purchasing behavior of international tourists. From this, they can develop appropriate solutions and policies to promote their purchasing behavior.
Furthermore, this topic can serve as a useful reference for students and subsequent researchers, and as a basis for similar studies in other locations in Vietnam.
12. Future research directions:
Expanding the research scope to other provinces and cities aims to enhance the reliability of the research model.
Expanding research into post-purchase behavior will uncover more new variables and provide a better explanation for customer consumption patterns.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
This study investigated on the factors which affect the international tourists' behavior on shopping for handicrafts products in Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa. The results show that among the six proposed factors (ieexperience of convenience; advertisement and promotion; social impact; motivation; product features, and price), there were five factors which have affected the purchase decisions including the experience of convenience; advertisement and promotion; social impact; motivation; motivation; and the product features.
Based on the affecting levels of the proposed factors, the author offered some recommendations in the order of the priority from the strongest affecting factors to the lightest ones in order to help companies improve their business operations. Moreover, the author has also proposed some suggestions and solutions to the government to motivate the development of the handicrafts industry of the province.

The research could help enterprises which do business on handicraft products as well as the related agencies and governments to recognize the factors affecting international tourist's purchase behavior of handicraft products. Subsequently, they will be able to set appropriafe policies and solutions in order to increase the international tourist's purchase behavior.
In addition, the study could be a good reference for students and researchers in the same field. Furthermore, it could be the basis for similar studies in other locations in Vietnam.
13. Further research directions, if any:
The future research directions wouldfirstly focus on expanding the scope of the study to other provinces in order to increase the reliability of the research model. Secondly, there would be a study to investigate the post-purchase behavior in order to find new variables to explain the consumer behavior in a more convincible way.
