The thesis briefly presents the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the implementation process of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee in training and fostering political theory for key grassroots cadres from 1997 to 2005. In which, it affirms that the Party's policies are appropriate and correct, bringing specific results in the process of improving the quality and professional capacity of local cadres to successfully complete the goals of the country and Thai Nguyen province in the period of industrialization and modernization.
The main content of the thesis deals with the Party's policies and the implementation process of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee on the work of training and fostering political theory for key cadres at the grassroots level... The policies were approved in the Party Congress Documents of each term, Directives, Resolutions and implemented by the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee at the Provincial Congresses along with Programs and Projects to improve the quality of cadres and party members in the whole province. This thesis presents a summary of the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the implementation process of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party in the training and fostering of political theory for key personnel at grounds level from 1997 to 2005 which affirms the Party's policies are consistent and properly deliver concrete results in the process of improving the quality, professional competencies for staff at grounds level to successfully complete the objectives of the country and Thai Nguyen provinces in the period of industrialization and modernization.
