Summary of thesis results: The thesis has clarified the value of archival documents at the Provincial Party Committee Archives and the Bac Giang Provincial Archives Center for the research and compilation of the history of Ha Bac province (1963-1997). At the same time, we have a correct orientation and basis for researching and understanding the current situation of the needs and exploitation of documents in archival collections serving the research and compilation of the history of Ha Bac province. From there, we evaluate the results and shortcomings of the organization of the exploitation and use of documents in archival collections at the Provincial Party Committee Archives and the Bac Giang Provincial Archives Center serving the research and compilation of the history of Ha Bac province; and explain the causes of these shortcomings and limitations. Based on this, we propose several specific solutions for the Provincial Party Committee Archives, the Bac Giang Provincial Archives Center, and historians to effectively utilize archival materials in researching and compiling the history of Ha Bac province (1963-1997) in particular, and the current history of Bac Giang province in general, to achieve better results.

11. Practical applicability: It has the potential to be applied to the research and compilation of the history of Ha Bac province (1963-1997) in particular and the history of Bac Giang province in general.

The results of this project also provide valuable insights for districts and cities in Bac Giang and Bac Ninh provinces to use as a reference and for researching and compiling their local histories.

12. Future research directions: Continue to explore and research solutions to effectively exploit and utilize documents from the Provincial Party Committee Archives and the Bac Giang Provincial Archives Center for historical research and compilation.

Summary of results of the thesis: The thesis clarifies the value of archived documents in Archive Storage of Provincial Committee and Storage Center of Bac Giang Province to research, compile history of Habac Province (the period 1963-1997). At the same time, we have the right direction and the basis of the research, finding out the actual situation on needs and research, use of the documents archived in the storage for research, compiling the history of Habac Province now. Based on that, to assess the results and remaining problems of the organization using the documents that stored in Archive Storage of the Provincial Committee and Archives Center of the Bacgiang province for research, compiling history of Habac Province; explain the reasons for the existence and restriction. On this basis, we propose some specific solutions for Archive Storage of Provincial Committee and Storage Center of Bac Giang province, as well as for people who compile the history to explore, to use a stored document effectively in research, compiling the history of Habac Province (the period 1963-1997) in particular and the history of Bac Giang province now in general to achieve the better results.

11. The possibility of application on practice: the application has the ability to apply for research, compiling the history of Habac Province (the period 1963-1997) in particular and the history of Bac Giang province in general.

The results of the thesis also helps the districts and cities in the province of Bac Giang, Bac Ninh to consult and use the references to research, compile their local history.
