Summary of the results of the thesis: The thesis focuses on clarifying theoretical issues on management and change management of high schools, correctly assessing the current situation and pointing out the shortcomings of change management work in Tuyen Quang province's Ethnic Boarding High School, from the perspective of management science. The thesis also proposes a number of directions and solutions to improve the effectiveness of change management in high schools to meet the requirements of educational innovation in the current period.

Practical applicability: The research results of the thesis will serve as a basis for evaluating the management of change at the Boarding High School for Ethnic Minorities in Tuyen Quang Province.
