Summary of thesis results: This thesis focuses on clarifying theoretical issues regarding management and change management in high schools, accurately assessing the current situation and identifying shortcomings in the management of change in the Tuyen Quang Provincial Ethnic Boarding High School from a management science perspective. The thesis also proposes several directions and solutions to improve the effectiveness of change management in high schools to meet the requirements of educational reform in the current period.
11. Practical Application: The research results of this thesis will serve as a basis for evaluating the management of change at the Tuyen Quang Provincial Ethnic Boarding High School. Simultaneously, the proposals and solutions will provide suggestions for the Tuyen Quang Provincial Department of Education to better manage change in high schools, thereby improving the quality of education and training at the secondary level in the province and the country as a whole.

From the perspective of Science Management, the thesis puts forward some directions and solutions with a view to enhancing the effectiveness about the administration of modifications of High schools, thus meeting the requirements for the current educational reform.
