10. Summary of thesis results:
The thesis demonstrates the importance and necessity of improving PV Drilling's international cooperation capacity at present. At the same time, the thesis also points out the indicators for improving international cooperation capacity and factors affecting the activities of improving international cooperation capacity.
The thesis has proposed a number of solutions and recommendations to improve PV Drilling's international cooperation capacity in the Vietnamese drilling market in the period of 2011-2040 as follows: increasing the number of drilling rigs; diversifying types of offshore drilling rigs; improving the quality of drilling rigs; strengthening human resources; building and expanding the list of input equipment suppliers; developing and expanding market share to Southeast Asian countries.
11. Practical application:
The thesis is based on actual data and statistics in the business operations of PV Drilling in the period 2001-2010. From there, it provides analysis, conclusions and proposed solutions, if any. Therefore, the thesis has results that are close to reality, the solutions are highly feasible based on scientific analysis methods, and can be deeply applied in the strategic planning process for PV Drilling in the future.
12. Further research directions:
Compare international cooperation policies between major corporations in the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group. From there, compare with the Government's policies on oil and gas industry development. And give comments, forecasts and strategies for the development of the oil and gas industry in the period 2020-2050.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
The thesis proves to enhance the competence of international cooperation is very important and indispensable at this time. Simultaneously, the thesis also shows some key norms for enhancing the competence of international cooperation, as well as the factors which can cause difficulties in enhancing the competence of international cooperation particularly.
The thesis suggests some solutions and petitions for enhancing the competence of international cooperation at PV Drilling in order to develop the appearance of PV Drilling in Asian drilling market in 2011-2040 periods. These solutions and petitions are as follows: increase the quantity of drilling rig; diversifying the kind of drilling rig owned by PV Drilling; Improving the quality of drilling rig; Developing human resources; Building and expanding the quantity of vendors who are supplying the oilfield spare parts for PV Drilling; Expanding the investment to Southeast Asia drilling market.
12. Practical applicability, if any:
The thesis bases on practical statistics figures which inferred from the PV Drilling's business operation in 2001-2010 periods. From above evaluations, the thesis suggests some conclusions and proposals accordingly. Therefore, the thesis has good results and practical solutions which are based on scientific analysis methods, and it can be deeply applied to business planning process for PV Drilling's development in the future.
13. Further research directions, if any:
Next research directions will be to compare PV Drilling's international cooperation policy with PVEP's policy and other members' policy in Petro Vietnam Group. From these results, the thesis can compare PV Drilling's policy with Oil and Gas development policy of Vietnam Government. And it can give some forecasts, assessments, strategies for the development of Oil and Gas branch in 2020-2050 periods.
