- Overview of tourism programs and tourism program quality management

- Platform system for building criteria for evaluating the quality of tourism programs

- Propose a system of criteria for evaluating the quality of tourism programs. There are 5 criteria: comfort, convenience, politeness, hygiene and safety. These criteria are the basis for students to design a survey of tourists and tour guides, to find out their assessment of the quality of services they enjoy or act as intermediaries.

- Based on secondary data sources and survey data to analyze the current status of tourism program quality in the demilitarized zone in Quang Tri.

- Summarize the evaluation of international tourists, domestic tourists and tour guides on the quality of the demilitarized zone tourism program in Quang Tri. From the above evaluations, combined with the theoretical model, the author has made a general evaluation of the quality of the demilitarized zone tourism program in Quang Tri, the limitations and the basic causes affecting the quality of the tourism program. These are the practical bases for proposing solutions to improve the quality of the demilitarized zone tourism program in Quang Tri.

- State the orientations and goals of tourism development in Quang Tri province in the coming time.

- Propose solutions to improve the quality of the demilitarized zone tourism program in Quang Tri. The solutions are divided into 2 groups: a group of solutions to improve the quality of the design of the demilitarized zone tourism program in Quang Tri and a group of solutions to improve the quality of the implementation of the demilitarized zone tourism program in Quang Tri. Each group of solutions includes a group of micro-solutions, which are solutions for travel companies, tour guides and service providers related to the implementation of the demilitarized zone tourism program in Quang Tri and a group of macro-solutions, which are recommendations for relevant Ministries, Departments and Branches. All solutions proposed are based on the criteria of the survey questionnaire and the evaluation results of tourists (domestic and international) and tour guides.

11. Practical application:

- Propose a system of criteria for evaluating the quality of tourism programs so that travel agencies in general and tourism businesses in the demilitarized zone in Quang Tri in particular can serve as a basis for designing a questionnaire to survey tourists' satisfaction, thereby knowing the quality of the company's tourism programs. These are 5 criteria: comfort, convenience, politeness, hygiene and safety.

- Propose solutions for tourism management agencies, local authorities, tourism suppliers and travel companies to apply to overcome, adjust and further improve products and services, with the aim of bringing satisfaction to tourists when participating in the demilitarized zone tourism program in Quang Tri.

- Evaluate the quality of the demilitarized zone tourism program in Quang Tri from the perspective of tourism service providers such as hotel and restaurant managers, management boards at historical and cultural relics, and directors of travel companies operating demilitarized zone tourism programs in Quang Tri.

- Provide solutions to improve the quality of Quang Tri demilitarized zone tour. The solution was divided into 2 parts: The solution to improve the design quality for Quang Tri demilitarized zone tour and the solution to improve the implemented quality of Quang Tri DMZ tour. Each part includes micro solutions, which is for travel company, tour guides, and the tourism suppliers, related to the implementation of Quang Tri demilitarized zone and macro solutions. These recommendations are very necessary for the concerned ministries and departments. All solutions were made based on the criteria of the questionnaire and the results of the evaluation of tourists (domestic and international) and travel guides.

12. Practical applicability:

- List the system of quality assessment criteria for tour programs to the general travel company and Qaung Tri demilitarized zone tour in particular as a basis for designing satisfaction survey of tourists to reveal the tour program quality of travel company. That's five criteria: comfort, convenience, courteous attentiveness, hygiene and safety.

- Provide solutions to the Culture, Sport and Tourism Departement, local government, tourism suppliers and travel companies which can apply to fix, adjust and improve the product further services, with the aim of bringing satisfaction to tourists attending Quang Tri Demilitarized Zone Tour.
