- Overview of tour programs and tour program quality management
- A platform for developing criteria to evaluate the quality of tourism programs.
- Identify a system of criteria for evaluating the quality of tourism programs. These are five criteria: amenities, convenience, courtesy and attentiveness, hygiene, and safety. These criteria serve as the basis for students to design survey forms for tourists and tour guides, aiming to understand their assessment of the quality of services they receive or act as intermediaries for.
- Based on secondary data and survey data, this study analyzes the current state of tourism program quality in the demilitarized zone of Quang Tri province.
- This study summarizes the assessments of international tourists, domestic tourists, and tour guides regarding the quality of tourism programs in the demilitarized zone of Quang Tri. Based on these assessments, combined with a theoretical model, the author provides a general evaluation of the quality of tourism programs in the demilitarized zone of Quang Tri, identifying limitations and fundamental causes affecting program quality. This practical basis will help propose solutions to improve the quality of tourism programs in the demilitarized zone of Quang Tri.

These solutions are divided into two groups: solutions to improve the design quality of tourism programs in the demilitarized zone of Quang Tri, and solutions to improve the implementation quality of tourism programs in the demilitarized zone of Quang Tri. Each group includes micro-level solutions, which are for travel companies, tour guides, and service providers involved in implementing tourism programs in the demilitarized zone of Quang Tri, and macro-level solutions, which are recommendations for relevant ministries, departments, and agencies. All proposed solutions are based on the criteria of the survey questionnaire and the evaluation results of domestic and international tourists and tour guides.
11. Practical applications:
- To establish a system of criteria for evaluating the quality of tourism programs, which travel companies in general, and those operating tourism programs in the demilitarized zone of Quang Tri in particular, can use as a basis for designing questionnaires to survey tourist satisfaction and thus understand the quality of their tourism programs. These five criteria are: comfort, convenience, courtesy and attentiveness, hygiene, and safety.
- To propose solutions that tourism management agencies, local authorities, tourism suppliers, and travel companies can apply to improve, adjust, and further enhance products and services, with the aim of bringing satisfaction to tourists participating in the demilitarized zone tourism program in Quang Tri.
12. Future research directions:
- Assessing the quality of tourism programs in the demilitarized zone of Quang Tri from the perspective of tourism service providers such as hotel and restaurant managers, management boards of historical and cultural sites, and directors of travel companies that operate tourism programs in the demilitarized zone of Quang Tri.

- Overview of tour program and management of tour programs' quality
- System background for the building of criteria for assessing the quality of tour programs
- List the system of quality assessment criteria for tour program. That's five criteria: comfort, convenience, courteous attentiveness, hygiene and safety. These criteria are the basis to design questionnaire for tourists and tour guides, to get their appreciation for the quality of services they are entitled to or mediate.
- Based on secondary sources and survey data to analyze the actual quality of demilitarized zone tour in Quang Tri.
- Summarize the evaluation of international tourists, domestic tourists and the tour guide for the quality of the Quang Tri demilitarized zone tour. From these evaluations, combined with theoretical models, the author has given overall assessment of quality demilitarized zone tour in Quang Tri, the limitations and the basic causes affecting the quality of tour programs. This is the practical basis to propose solutions with the aim to improve the quality of the demilitarized zone tour in Quang Tri.

- Provide solutions to improve the quality of Quang Tri demilitarized zone tour. The solution was divided into 2 parts: The solution to improve the design quality for Quang Tri demilitarized zone tour and the solution to improve the implemented quality of Quang Tri DMZ tour. Each part includes micro solutions, which is for travel company, tour guides, and the tourism suppliers, related to the implementation of Quang Tri demilitarized zone and macro solutions. These recommendations are very necessary for the concerned ministries and departments. All solutions were made based on the criteria of the questionnaire and the results of the evaluation of tourists (domestic and international) and travel guides.
12. Practical applicability:
- List the system of quality assessment criteria for tour programs to the general travel company and Qaung Tri demilitarized zone tour in particular as a basis for designing satisfaction survey of tourists to reveal the tour program quality of travel company. That's five criteria: comfort, convenience, courteous attentiveness, hygiene and safety.
- Provide solutions to the Culture, Sport and Tourism Departement, local government, tourism suppliers and travel companies which can apply to fix, adjust and improve the product further services, with the aim of bringing satisfaction to tourists attending Quang Tri Demilitarized Zone Tour.
13. Further research directions:
- Evaluation of quality tourism programs demilitarized zone in Quang Tri perspective assessment of the tourism service providers such as hotel management, restaurant management units in the historic, culture and director of the company with business travel tours the Demilitarized Zone in Quang Tri.
