- From the documents we have collected, first of all, it must be affirmed that this is a scientific work that systematically studies Ho Chi Minh's Principles of Diplomatic Conduct and their application in protecting Vietnam's territorial sovereignty at present. Within the framework of the thesis, we mainly mention the application in the behavior of protecting territorial sovereignty for a number of subjects in current international relations.

- The thesis has systematically proposed the principles of diplomatic conduct of Ho Chi Minh, on that basis, it has pointed out the application of those principles of conduct in protecting Vietnam's territorial sovereignty in the current period for a number of subjects in international relations. Besides, the author also raised a number of lessons learned in Vietnam's diplomatic policy in the current period in protecting Vietnam's territorial sovereignty. From there, it helps everyone orient their perception in the diplomatic conduct of our Party and State in protecting Vietnam's territorial sovereignty today.

- Based on materials collected, we firstly affirm that this thesis is a scientific work initially studying the Diplomatic Behavior Principles of Ho Chi Minh and their applications to protection of Vietnam territorial sovereignty in the current period. Within the thesis scope, we mainly focus on the applications of these principles to protection of territorial sovereignty with respect to some subjects in the international relations at present.

- The thesis has proposed scientifically Ho Chi Minh's Diplomatic Behavior Principles, and on that basis, pointing out the application of these principles to the protection of Vietnam territorial sovereignty in the present period with respect to some subjects in the international relations. In addition, the author presented some experience lessons on diplomatic strategies of Vietnam in the current period with respect to the protection of Vietnam territorial sovereignty, thereby assisting people to orient their consciousness of diplomatic behaviors of the Party and State regarding protection of Vietnam territorial sovereignty currently.
