10. Summary of the thesis results:
The research topic "Evaluating the effectiveness of the community management model of the Development Support Center for Women and Children (DWC) in Phuc Thuan commune, Pho Yen district, Thai Nguyen province" was conducted with the aim of understanding the effectiveness of the community management model of the Development Support Center for Women and Children (DWC) through the activities of the project."Promoting rural people's participation towards sustainable development in Pho Yen district, Thai Nguyen province" period 2011 - 2014,Funded by Bread for the World and Misereor of the Federal Republic of Germany, and managed and implemented by the Development Support Center for Women and Children (DWC).
The study showed that the Community Management model implemented in Phuc Thuan commune has fundamentally addressed the problems of the research community. Furthermore, the implementation of the model has contributed to enhancing the capacity of the people and local authorities, improving people's living conditions, and maximizing people's participation in community development. The study also showed that the Community Management model has the potential for practical application and replication, especially in state programs and projects such as the National Target Program for New Rural Development and the National Target Program for Sustainable Poverty Reduction, due to many similarities. In addition, the study contributes to systematizing the Community Management model as a reference document for research, teaching, and practice of the Community Development component of the Social Work discipline. Moreover, the study has introduced another practical community development model, enriching the field of community development in Vietnam.
11. Practical applications:
The field of social work in general and community development in particular in our country is still in the process of development and improvement. The research results present a community development model that has been tested in practice and achieved certain results, contributing to the goal of community development, especially the development of disadvantaged and problematic communities. The research shows that the Community Management model has a suitable approach, a simple process, flexible implementation methods, is easy to apply, and has many similarities with development programs and projects of the Vietnamese government.
Within the framework of the projectPromoting Community Management in Vietnam – Phase 2 (PCM 2)Funded by the Swiss Agency for Development Cooperation (SDC) and managed and implemented by the DWC Center in Thai Nguyen and Quang Binh provinces, the institutionalization of community management into the National Target Program for New Rural Development in these provinces is being strongly promoted. Simultaneously, a series of policy advocacy activities are being carried out and have attracted the attention of the Central Coordination Office of the National Target Program for New Rural Development.
This context provides favorable conditions for the Community Management model to be applied and replicated in the future, primarily within the National Target Program for Building New Rural Areas in Thai Nguyen and Quang Binh provinces.
12. Future research directions:
Based on the results obtained from this project, I plan to conduct further research on the sustainability of the Community Management model in practice and its potential for inclusion in the curriculum and practice of the Community Development component within the Social Work course in schools.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
Entitled “Evaluate the effectiveness of the Community Management model of The center for promoting Development for Women and Children (DWC) in Phuc Thuan commune, Pho Yen district, Thai Nguyen province" was conducted with the aim to learn about effective Management model of community development Support Center for Women and Children (DWC) through the operation of the project "Improvement of the participation of local communities to raise their living standards in Phuc Thuan and Dong Tien commune, Pho Yen district, Thai Nguyen province, Vietnam", period 2011 - 2014, by the Bread for the World and Misereor (The Federal Republic of Germany) funded, Center for promoting development for Women and Children (DWC) management and implementation.
Research has shown that community management model implemented in Phuc Thuan has been basically solved the problem of the research community. Besides, the implementation model also contributes to improving the capacity of people and local authorities, to improve the living conditions of the people and promote maximum participation of citizens in community development co. Research also shows that community management model is capable of application and replication in practice, special model is also capable of application in programs and projects of the State, such as the National Target Program in building a new countryside, the National target Program for sustainable poverty reduction because there are many similarities. In addition, the study also contributes to system management model of community service reference for research, teaching and practice of community development component of the social work department. In addition, researchers have introduced a model of community development in practice, enriching the field of community development in Vietnam.
12. Practical applicability:
The field of social work in general and in particular community development in our country is still in the process of development and improvement. The research results provide a communities model for community development is empirical fact and achieved some positive results, contributing to community development goals, particularly the development of poor problems. Through research shows that community management model approach is consistent, simple process, flexible methodology, easy to use and has many similarities with the program's development projects Vietnam. In the framework of the project Promoting Community Management in Vietnam - Phase 2 (PCM 2) by the Agency Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC) funded Center DWC management and implementation in Thai Nguyen, Quang average, the institutionalization of community management at target Program national Rural new construction in these areas is being boosted.
