The thesis studies the current status of Libol electronic library software application in libraries in Hanoi based on the results of actual surveys at libraries of 6 units including Hanoi Library, National Assembly Office Library, Vietnam Women's Museum Library, Library Information Center of the Academy of Posts and Telecommunications Technology, Library Information Center of the Academy of Military Technology, Library Information Center of the National Economics University. Through the synthesis of survey data, analysis and evaluation, the thesis proposes appropriate solutions to improve the effectiveness of Libol software application in these 6 units as well as other libraries in Hanoi that are using Libol electronic library software.

11. Practical application:

The research results of the Thesis will be the basis for Libraries to review the effectiveness of Libol software application, grasp the causes, apply proposals and solutions to improve the effectiveness of Libol software application in library activities. At the same time, the results of the Thesis are also the basis for Tinh Van Technology Joint Stock Company to review its products, thereby proposing solutions to upgrade Libol software, and better perfect the product with practical functions to serve library information activities.
