10. Summary of the thesis results:

This thesis studies the current state of application of the Libol electronic library software in libraries in Hanoi, based on the results of a survey conducted at six libraries: Hanoi Library, National Assembly Office Library, Vietnam Women's Museum Library, Information and Library Center of the Post and Telecommunications Technology Academy, Information and Library Center of the Military Technical Academy, and Information and Library Center of the National Economics University. Through the synthesis of survey data, analysis, and evaluation, the thesis proposes appropriate solutions to improve the effectiveness of Libol software application at these six units, as well as other libraries in Hanoi currently using the Libol electronic library software.

11. Practical applications:

The research findings of this thesis will serve as a basis for libraries to reassess the effectiveness of Libol software application, understand the causes, and implement proposals and solutions to improve the effectiveness of Libol software application in library operations. At the same time, the results of this thesis will also provide a basis for Tinh Van Technology Joint Stock Company to review its product and develop solutions to upgrade Libol software, improving the product with practical functions to serve library information activities.

This thesis research on the situation applying Libol software at the libraries in Hanoi based on actual results dissected at 6 libraries including: Hanoi Library, The Information Library Center - National Assembly, Vietnames Women's Museum , The Information Library Center – The National Economics University, The Information Library Center – Posts and Telecommunication Institute of Technology, The Information Library Center – Miltary Technical Academy. Through aggregate survey data, analysis and evaluation to provide appropriate solutions To raise the effective application of Libol software at 6 units as well as other libraries in Hanoi is using Libol software.

The research results of this thesis will be the basis for the Library recognize the effective application of Libol software in the library and information activities, catch the cause, apply the proposed, remedy to improve the effective application of Libol software in the library and information activities. At the same time the results of this thesis is also the basis for Tinhvan Technologies Jsc. recognize its products that to put forward a great many solutions to upgrade Libol software, to improve better its product the features necessary to make perform service the library and Information activities.
