10. Summary of thesis results:

In the thesis, the author has studied the theoretical concepts of barriers, overcoming, technology, technological innovation, the concept of small and medium private enterprises. This is the theoretical basis for analyzing the current situation of technological innovation barriers that currently exist in small and medium private enterprises in Hanoi in general and overcoming them at Hoang Duong Trading and Service Joint Stock Company in particular. From there, a reasonable solution will be proposed that is easy to apply in practice.

Difficulties and limitations in technological innovation activities in small and medium-sized private enterprises include objective and subjective causes, but mainly stem from production scale, capital sources, policies, access to information, etc. Therefore, the author proposes solutions based on research of international experiences such as Japan, the US, Singapore, China, from which lessons can be drawn for Vietnam. These solutions include: Human resource training solutions, financial support solutions, support for information search, selection of appropriate technology, and solutions from the state such as policies and management.

The solutions given in the thesis serve as a reference document to helpSmall and medium private enterprises in Hanoi put into practice to overcome barriers to technological innovation.

This is the theoretical basis for analyzing the current status of technological innovation obstructions currently existing in small private enterprises in Hanoi and just remedy in general and Trading Joint Stock Companies and Services Hoang Duong particular. Since it will propose appropriate solutions, easy to apply in practice.
