10. Summary of thesis results:
The author bases on the theoretical foundations of human resources, science and technology human resources, training and human resource development, and at the same time studies the theory of the philosophy of the joint project model, the system approach and the environment of the joint project. In addition, the author presents the dialectical relationship in the joint training of human resources as well as the criteria for perfection of this model.
Based on the joint model of training human resources in science and technology between FPT University and FPT Software Company Limited, the author presents the following realities: the reality of awareness and determination of leaders; the reality of development strategies of schools and enterprises; the reality ofstatus of specialized work departments, the status of school autonomy. Clearly recognizing the current situation, the author proposes principles and requirements of the research to propose solutions, solutions to complete the project in the thesis if out as follows: perfecting the policy system, orientation, adjusting the linkage activities; raising awareness of leaders at all levels; building a close network of links between schools and businesses while enhancing autonomy in related decisions.
11. Practical application:
Based on the solutions proposed by the author in the above thesis, schools and businesses can apply them in practice to perfect the linkage model between schools and businesses in training technology human resources.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
The author relies on the rationale of human resources, human science and technology, training and development of human resources, as well as exploring the philosophical theory associated project model approach environmental systems and the associated project. Besides, the authors offer a dialectical relationship in the joint training of human resources as well as improvement criteria of this model.
Based on the model of joint training of all human resources of science and technology between FPT University and FPT Software Co., Ltd., the author made the following situation: Reality and perception of leadership and determination; the status of the strategic development of the school and the enterprise; the status of the division in charge of work, the status of the university's autonomy. A clear understanding of the current situation, the authors put forth the principles and requirements of research and propose solutions, the complete project solutions in the following thesis if: complete system of policies, oriented , adjusted operating affiliate; Awareness levels of leadership; building a network of close links between the school and cut business while enhancing the autonomy of the relevant decision.
