10. Summary of the thesis results:
The purpose of this research is to evaluate tourism products catering to backpackers in Ha Long Bay based on theoretical research on supply and demand, the tourist market, and practical observations, surveys, and evaluations of backpackers. The study clarifies the backpacker market in general and the backpacker market in Vietnam and Ha Long Bay in particular. Furthermore, the thesis identifies the characteristics, nature, and expectations of the backpacker market when traveling, providing a basis for developing suitable tourism products, and assessing the accessibility, requirements, and perceptions of backpackers regarding current tourism products in Ha Long Bay. The results of the thesis consist of two main parts:
Firstly, this thesis provides an overview of the backpacker market in Vietnam, including approaches to information dissemination, promotion, and the basic needs of this market segment. Furthermore, the thesis identifies the current situation and weaknesses in developing tourism products specifically tailored to the backpacker market.
Secondly, the author proposed several recommendations based on a combination of research results, surveys of 200 backpackers, and interviews with experts and travel companies specializing in serving the backpacker market. Furthermore, the results can serve as a reference for tourism authorities and provide guidance on the backpacker market.

This study examines the current state of tourism products in Ha Long for the backpacker market. It serves as a basis for proposing and developing tourism products for travel agencies and government agencies to meet the specific needs and services of this market segment.

The purpose of this research evaluates the tourism products for backpackers to Halong based on a theoretical of supply and demand rule, the market for tourists and the practical observation, survey and assessment of backpacker tourists. The research has clarified not only the market of backpackers but also the market of backpackers in Vietnam and in Ha Long. In addition, the research also outlines the characteristics, expectations of backpacker tourists in order to make suitable tourism products, assess the level of access, requirements and perceptions of backpacker tourists about tourism products in Ha Long. The result of this research consists of two parts:
Firstly, this research explores the market of backpackers to Vietnam, the information approach, introduction and basic demands of this market. Moreover, the research also points out the realities and weaknesses in the bulding of tourism products for backpacker tourists.
Secondly, the author proposes some recommendations based on combining research results, surveying 200 backpackers and interviewing travel experts and tour operators. In addition, the results can help government and travel agencies to focus on issues and target on the backpacker market.
