The research results indicate that environmental interpretation in Vietnam's National Parks and Nature Reserves is being implemented relatively well in some National Parks, while most Nature Reserves have not yet given sufficient attention to developing this activity. However, the current state of environmental interpretation development in National Parks and Nature Reserves still has many shortcomings and limitations.
Analysis of factors influencing tourist satisfaction with environmental interpretation in ecotourism in Vietnam's National Parks and Nature Reserves revealed that the form of environmental interpretation has the strongest impact on tourist satisfaction. Additionally, factors such as the interpreter, the content of the environmental interpretation, and price also influence tourist satisfaction in Vietnam's National Parks and Nature Reserves.
11. Practical applications
The research findings provide reliable input data for the strategies and plans of Vietnam's National Parks and Nature Reserves, helping management boards better understand environmental interpretation and tourist needs regarding this activity. This allows for the development of appropriate solutions and plans for environmental interpretation and ecotourism, enhancing the effectiveness of environmental interpretation in ecotourism and increasing tourist satisfaction with environmental interpretation in Vietnam's National Parks and Nature Reserves. Ultimately, this increases the attractiveness of destinations and diversifies products and experiential activities within these parks and nature reserves.
12. Further Research Directions: The following directions for further research are proposed: Firstly, research sites could be selected that include National Parks and Nature Reserves with developed ecotourism activities, with a larger sample size to investigate tourist satisfaction with environmental interpretation in ecotourism in Vietnam's National Parks and Nature Reserves. Secondly, the factors influencing tourist satisfaction with environmental interpretation in ecotourism could be expanded to include cultural factors, demographic factors, and management policy factors, etc.
