After completing the thesis research topic, the student has completed the objectives and tasks of the thesis. Some summary results are as follows:

• Developing a new type of tourism product, such as gemstone tourism, in Vietnam is a sound direction. However, to date, both in research and in practice in our country, the concept of gemstone tourism products has not yet been established. Therefore, researching and developing gemstone tourism products in Vietnam is an urgent task, meeting the practical needs of Vietnam's tourism development and also contributing to expanding the concept of tourism products: gemstone tourism products.

• The study has established theoretical foundations for gemstone tourism products (concepts, characteristics of gemstone tourism products, etc.). Using observation, in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and data processing tools such as SPSS and Excel, the research has shown that tourists decide to participate in the development of gemstone tourism products based on factors directly influencing their decision. The ability to pay for gemstone tourism is the most influential factor, followed by the demand for gemstone tourism and finally, the preference for gemstone tourism. The study also offers discussions and recommendations to guide the development of gemstone tourism products in Vietnam.

• As the first theoretical model for the research problem of developing gemstone tourism products in Vietnam, the evaluation criteria and measurement variables are an important foundation for subsequent studies to refer to when researching gemstone tourism products. In particular, the research results provide managers, gemstone tourism business owners, workers in the gemstone and tourism industries, and local people in areas with potential for gemstone tourism development with information on the current state of factors influencing participation decisions and tourist expectations regarding these factors in the research area, enabling them to make investments and improvements to achieve desired goals.

- Developing a new type of product such as gem tourism products in Vietnam is the right direction. However, up to now, both in research and in practice in our country, the concept of gem tourism products has not been formed. Therefore, researching and developing gemstone tourism products in Vietnam is an urgent task, meeting the actual needs of Vietnam's tourism development and also contributing to expanding the concept of tourism products. : gem tourism products.
