After completing the thesis research topic, the student has completed the objectives and tasks of the thesis. Some summary results are as follows:

• Developing a new type of product such as gemstone tourism products in Vietnam is a right direction. However, up to now, both in research and in practice in our country, the concept of gemstone tourism products has not been formed. Therefore, researching and developing gemstone tourism products in Vietnam is an urgent task, meeting the practical needs of developing Vietnam tourism and also contributing to expanding the concept of tourism products: gemstone tourism products.

• Theoretical foundations of gemstone tourism products (concepts, characteristics of gemstone tourism products, etc.) have been established. By using observation, in-depth interviews, questionnaires, etc. and using data processing tools: SPSS, Excel, etc., the study has shown that tourists decide to participate in developing gemstone tourism products on the direct aspect of the factors of the ability to pay for gemstone tourism, which is the factor that has the strongest impact, influence, and contribution to the decision to participate, followed by the factor of gemstone tourism demand, and finally the interest in gemstone tourism. The study has also provided discussions and recommendations to orient the development of gemstone tourism products in Vietnam.

• As the first theoretical model for the issue of researching and developing gemstone tourism products in Vietnam; the evaluation criteria and measurement variables are an important foundation for future studies to refer to when researching gemstone tourism products; especially the research results provide managers, gemstone tourism businesses, laborers in the gemstone industry, tourism industry and local people in places with potential for gemstone tourism product development about the current status of factors influencing participation decisions, tourists' expectations for these factors in the research area to have investments and improvements to achieve the desired goals.
