The empirical study showed that the awareness of domestic violence and its manifestations among individuals in the 138 committee dealing with social work issues in the study was quite good, however, awareness of violence via text messages was still not really high. The awareness of domestic violence among village-level members was significantly lower than that of the group of local officials and leaders at the commune level participating in the program to support victims of domestic violence. In addition, there was no statistically significant difference in awareness of domestic violence among subjects by age, gender, education level... Self-assessment of psychological support capacity among female subjects was higher than that of male subjects; among local leaders at the commune level was significantly higher than that of village-level members; and the self-assessment of the group trained in TIC was higher than that of the group not trained.

Awareness of the six principles of support was also at an average level. Among them, awareness of cultural, gender, and legal sensitivity was highest, while awareness of trust and transparency and equal partnership were lowest and below average.

The results showed that there were no significant differences between the target groups in terms of awareness of the effects of psychological trauma as well as ways to support people with psychological trauma. In terms of awareness of signs of psychological trauma, there were statistically significant differences between the target groups classified by gender, interview group and education level. Similarly, awareness of reducing re-traumatization also had differences between the interview group and education level.
