Topic“Career orientation and vocational training for disadvantaged youth in Hanoi through a case study at Blue Dragon Children's Foundation (BDCF)”was conducted with the aim of clarifying the results of the Career Orientation activities for youth in especially difficult circumstances at the Blue Dragon Children's Organization, what needs to be improved. From there, propose measures to improve the quality of this service for street children and youth in especially difficult circumstances at the Blue Dragon Children's Organization.

The topic has pointed out the current status of career orientation activities for adolescents with especially difficult circumstances at the Blue Dragon Children's Organization. The activity of providing career orientation courses has achieved many successes, contributing to meeting the needs of adolescents and their families. However, in the process of operation, there are still certain difficulties and obstacles. The topic has identified factors affecting the quality and effectiveness of career orientation activities for adolescents with especially difficult circumstances at the Blue Dragon Children's Organization.

11. Practical application:

In providing career guidance services for disadvantaged youth at Blue Dragon Children's Organization, in addition to the advantages, there are also some difficulties. Therefore, if there is more support from relevant departments, unions, and organizations as well as promoting the capacity of social workers, the provision of social work services will be more effective and professional.

Since then, the proposed measures to improve the quality of services for youth at Blue Dragon Children's Foundation, who have lots of difficulties in life

The theme has been carried out only active state provision of Career Orientation for youth at the Blue Dragon Children's Foundation, Hanoi. The provision about training, workshops of the Career Orientation for youth at BDCF wandering through the role of the social worker has achieved many accomplishments, contributing to meet basic needs, essential of youth with difficult circumstances. However, in the process of providing this service, in addition to the effective operation has been providing there is still a certain number of difficulties.

The theme was indicated the cause of these difficulties and has identified the desire, the needs of youths in the process of providing Career Orientation services at the Blue Dragon Children's Foundation.

From the research, find out the provision of social services for youth at the Blue Dragon Children's Foundation has proposed a number of measures to improve the career orientation and support to improve the services for youth at the Blue Dragon children's Foundation.

12. Practical applicability:
