10. Summary of the thesis results:

This thesis describes the current state of applying the KPI evaluation method in human resource management within the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) system proposed by Unique Logistics International Co., Ltd. (Vietnam). It focuses on describing the KPI-based human resource evaluation method applied within the context of the balanced scorecard system developed by the company, including the results achieved, advantages, and disadvantages. Based on this, it proposes supplementary and modified solutions to effectively apply the KPI-based human resource evaluation method in accordance with the BSC system at the company.

11. Practical applications:

The research findings of this thesis can serve as a reference, a theoretical basis, and a foundation for managers to develop guidelines, criteria, and methods for evaluating personnel that are consistent with the BSC-based strategic system, thereby positively impacting one of the company's strategic goals: human resources.

This thesis is an analysis of the evaluation methods in the management KPI's standing in the Balanced Scorecard system proposed by "Unique Logistics International Co. Ltd.". A focus is done on the evaluation of HR KPI applied to the balance scale context of the company. The results show advantages and disadvantages. An more efficient method is proposed for HR KPI matching system Balanced Scorecard BSC Company.

11. Practical applicability, if any:

The results in this thesis can be used as a basis for a new proposed research on the HR KPI methods matching system Balanced Scorecard BSC. It can also be used as a tool for the manager who builds BSC strategy aligned to the HR objective and the strategic goals of the company.
