The thesis describes the current status of applying the KPI assessment method in human resource management in the BSC balanced scorecard system that Unique Logistics International Company Limited (Vietnam) has proposed. Focusing on describing the KPI human resource assessment method applied in the context of the balanced scorecard that the Company has built, the results achieved include advantages and disadvantages. From there, propose additional and revised solutions to effectively apply the KPI human resource assessment method in accordance with the BSC balanced scorecard system at the Company.

11. Practical application:

The research results of the thesis can be used as reference documents, theoretical basis and fundamental factors for managers to research and propose orientations or criteria, methods of human resource evaluation suitable for the strategic system built by BSC to positively impact one of the company's strategic goals, which is human resource goals.

This thesis is an analysis of the evaluation methods in the management KPI's standing in the Balanced Scorecard system proposed by "Unique Logistics International Co. Ltd.". A focus is done on the evaluation of HR KPI applied to the balance scale context of the company. The results show advantages and disadvantages. An more efficient method is proposed for HR KPI matching system Balanced Scorecard BSC Company.

11. Practical applicability, if any:

The results in this thesis can be used as a basis for a new proposed research on the HR KPI methods matching system Balanced Scorecard BSC. It can also be used as a tool for the manager who builds BSC strategy aligned to the HR objective and the strategic goals of the company.
