- Firstly, the thesis has briefly introduced some aspects of the company's public service sector and the formation and development process of District 2 Public Service Company Limited over 17 years of operation.

- Secondly, the thesis researches, analyzes, and compares the management characteristics of managers before and after the implementation of science and technology policies, thereby demonstrating the results achieved after applying science and technology policies in practice.

- Thirdly, the thesis has shown, to some extent, the changes in management, job assignment, and personnel selection, from the independent, subjective approach of traditional managers to the application of science and technology policies by modern human resource managers. From this, it shows that the application of science and technology policies has made the management capabilities of managers increasingly specialized.

- In addition, the thesis also shows that under the influence of science and technology policies, employees have changed their work mindset, contributing to increased labor productivity and work efficiency for the Company.

- Finally, the thesis has shown the changes and development of the public service sector of District 2 Public Service Company Limited after the application of science and technology policies.

11. Practical applications:

- The analyses and evaluations of the results achieved in the application of science and technology policies in this thesis can be applied to small and medium-sized enterprises in applying science and technology to management in order to improve the management capacity of leaders.

- Firstly, the thesis briefly introduces some features in the field of public services of the Company and 17-Year history of formation and development of Public Service District 2 Limited (a member).

- Secondly, the thesis has researched, analyzed and compared management characteristics of Managers before and after application of science and technology policies, thereby proving achievements after applying science and technology policies into practice.

- Thirdly, the thesis has addressed some changes in management, work assignment, recruitment under management of traditional human resources managers versus modern human resources managers (who has applied science and technology polices). Since then, shows huge improvement on managers' management capability as a result of application of science and technology policies.

- Furthermore, the thesis also proves that staffs' mentality has positively changed under the impact of science and technology policies which led to improvement on productivity and efficiency.

- Finally, the thesis shows the changes and developments in the field of public service of Public Service District 2 Limited as a result of science and technology policies application.
