- The thesis has clarified the process in which the Hoanh Bo District Party Committee has creatively applied the Party's policies, the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee's policies and the State's policies on industrial development in the process of leading and directing local industrial development from 1986 to 2010.
- Accordingly, awareness of the role of industry is enhanced, industry is developed in accordance with the conditions of the province, the district's industry contributes increasingly to the economic structure, making an important contribution to the successful implementation of the district's socio-economic goals.
- Studying the process of the Hoanh Bo District Party Committee leading the development of industrial economy, the thesis pointed out a number of lessons learned that contributed to improving the leadership effectiveness of the District Party Committee in the following years.
