10. Summary of the thesis results:

This thesis systematically examines general theoretical issues concerning public opinion and media coverage, and media management. It also investigates theories on the relationship between journalism and public opinion regarding media management in Vietnam, applying theories of media shaping public opinion to develop a theoretical framework for methods of shaping public opinion on media coverage in print media in Vietnam.

This study surveys and evaluates the current state of public opinion guidance activities in Vietnamese print media regarding the management of content. The research identifies objective and subjective causes, difficulties and advantages, strengths and weaknesses, aiming to provide managers with a basis for policy planning and implementation of activities to improve the quality of public opinion guidance on content management in Vietnamese media.

The study has put forward recommendations and basic solutions to further guide public opinion on the issue of TCC (Transparency, Controversy, and Corruption) in the press more effectively.

11. Practical applications:

In practical terms, this topic is expected to become a useful source of information for state management agencies, public finance management agencies, newspaper editorial offices, journalists, lecturers and students of journalism schools, and anyone interested in guiding public opinion on public finance management in Vietnam through print media in particular and journalism in general.

12. Future research directions:

Besides the results analyzed and mentioned above, the thesis still has certain limitations and shortcomings, such as: not fully surveying other types of media, only focusing on print media; and the survey scale is not broad enough. Therefore, the next research direction of the thesis will be to expand the survey to other types of media, conduct more in-depth quantitative research, and reflect the effectiveness of guiding public opinion in the press in Vietnam through the study of readers' opinions.

The thesis presented theoretical framework of Social Opinions, Public Finance and Systematic Public Finance Management and also presented theories about relations between journal, social opinions and Public Finance Management in Vietnam, applied theories of Social Opinions oriented journalism on building a theoretical framework of method of social opinions orientation on public finance on print journal in Vietnam.

Examine and evaluate the social opinions on public finance on print journal in Vietnam. The thesis defined objective and subjective causes, disadvantages and advantages, strengths and weaknesses in order to provide a basis to plan the enhancement of this activity on journal in Vietnam.

The thesis defined both macro and micro recommendations and solutions for more effective social opinions orientation on public finance management on journal.

11. The possibility of practical application:

Dissertation is expected to become a source of useful information for the state agencies, management agencies of public finance, the editorial offices and journalists, lecturers and students of journal and those who are interested in social opinions on public finance management in Vietnam on print journal in particular and on journalism in general.

12. Further study orientation:

In addition to the aforementioned results, the thesis has some weaknesses as follows: examining only on print journal, not all kinds of journal, the survey scale is limited. Therefore, the further study orientation will be expanding survey on other types of journals, further quantitative analysis, reflecting the effectiveness of the social opinions orientation on public finance management in Vietnam through comments from readers.
