11. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis analyzes the current practices of the social security system in rural poverty reduction. It examines the understanding of social security policies for the poor in Tam Di commune, Luc Nam district, Bac Giang province: policies supporting capital, production, healthcare services, education, and health insurance. Based on this understanding, the thesis investigates the level of benefit enjoyed by residents of Tam Di commune, Luc Nam district, Bac Giang province, from currently implemented poverty reduction programs and their assessment of the effectiveness of social security policies in poverty reduction activities.
At the same time, the thesis also contributes to drawing some conclusions and recommendations to help improve the effectiveness of the social security system in poverty reduction.
