The thesis forcus on determining the general theoretical issues in vocational training and employment solving; actual state of vocational training and employment solving for rural workers in ThaiBinh province currently. Simutaneously, proposes some recommendations to construct a basic training program which is real close and useful to solve the employment issues for rural workers in Thai Binh province.
