The survey shows that the most prevalent leadership style among commune chairmen in Kon Tum province is democratic leadership, while liberal and autocratic leadership styles are less common.
There are differences in the assessment results between the commune chairman and staff regarding the commune chairman's leadership style.
The leadership style of a commune chairman is influenced by both subjective and objective factors, with subjective factors considered to have a greater influence than objective factors.

The findings of this thesis will serve as a useful reference for the Hanoi University of Interior Affairs, the Kon Tum Provincial Department of Interior Affairs, the District Interior Affairs Offices of Kon Tum Province, and students and trainees of the Psychology Department, University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

According to the survey, the leading style of KonTum commune chairmen were expressed the most by the style of democratic leading. The style of freedom and dogmatic leading were expressed less.
Leading style of communal chairman has been influenced by subjective and objective elements but the subjective element is influenced the most.
