MondayThis study investigates the situation regarding the storage and use of documents owned by farming families in Man De village, Nam Trung commune, Nam Sach district, Hai Duong province, and Tra Lam village, Tri Qua commune, Thuan Thanh district, Bac Ninh province.

 TuesdayThis study proposes solutions to improve the quality of selecting, storing, and using documents owned by farming families in the surveyed areas.

The solutions we propose through this thesis serve as a reference for practical application, contributing to improving the quality of selecting, preserving, and utilizing documents owned by peasant families in particular and people's archives in general.

Firstly, theoretical study on composition, content and typical values ​​of archives owned by the farmer families.

Secondly, survey on the storage and use of archives owned by the farmer families in Man De village, Nam Trung commune, Nam Sach district, Hai Duong province and Tra Lam village, Tri Qua commune, Thuan Thanh district, Bac Ninh province.

Finally, suggested solutions to improve the quality of the selection, storage and use of archives owned by the farmer families in the survey areas.
