Monday, survey and investigate the situation of storage and use of documents owned by farming families in Man De village, Nam Trung commune, Nam Sach district, Hai Duong province and Tra Lam village, Tri Qua commune, Thuan Thanh district, Bac Ninh province.

 Tuesday, propose solutions to improve the quality of selection, preservation and use of documents owned by farming families in the surveyed areas.

The solutions we propose through this thesis are references for consideration in practical application, contributing to improving the quality of selection, preservation and use of documents owned by farming families in particular and people's archives in general.

Secondly, survey on the storage and use of archives owned by the farmer families in Man De village, Nam Trung commune, Nam Sach district, Hai Duong province and Tra Lam village, Tri Qua commune, Thuan Thanh district, Bac Ninh province.

Finally, suggested solutions to improve the quality of the selection, storage and use of archives owned by the farmer families in the survey areas.
