10. Summary of the thesis results:

This thesis provides an overview of the characteristics and context of the international and regional situation in the Middle East, as well as the situation in the Russian Federation, and its impact on Russia's Middle East policy during the period 2000-2015; it outlines some aspects of the Russian Federation's foreign policy since V. Putin assumed the presidency (2000); and it clarifies the position and role of the Middle East for Russia and Russia's policy towards the Middle East region before 2000.

This thesis clarifies the objectives, policies, and principles of policy implementation, as well as the measures for implementing policies in the fields of politics, diplomacy, and economics.- Russia's trade and defense-security relations with the Middle East region during the period 2000-2015. At the same time, the thesis clearly presents the relationship of the Russian Federation with key countries in the region in various fields from 2000 to 2015.

The thesis also points out some impacts (both positive and negative) of the Russian Federation's Middle East policy during the period 2000-2015 on the situation in Russia (in the fields of politics-diplomacy; economics; defense-security), and on Russia's relations with the region.This paper discusses the Middle East and the situation in the region. It also outlines several favorable and unfavorable factors influencing Russia's Middle East policy and offers some predictions about the trends in Russia's policy towards the Middle East after 2015.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

The thesis presents an overview of main characteristics of the Middle East region, international situation, as well as the situation of the Russian Federation those have been affecting Russia's Middle East policies in the period 2000 - 2015. It is also concerning with Russia's foreign policy since Mr V.Putin came to the power of Russian Presidency in 2000, the position and roles of the Middle East in Russia's strategic interests and her policies towards the region before 2000.

The thesis states objectives, guidelines and principles of Russia's policies towards the Middle East, and the implementation measures carried by Rusian Administrations in the fields of political - diplomat, economic and defense - security. In addition, the thesis will go along with assessments on the Russian Federation's relations with some key countries of the region in 2000 - 2015.

The thesis also shows some positive and negative impacts from Russia's Middle East policies, the Middle East situation, Russian political - diplomat, economic and defense - security issues, Russia's tites with the regime as well. At the same time, the thesis gives some favorable factors and difficulties for Russia's Middle East policies, and some forecast about the trend of Russian policies towards the Middle East in coming years.
