11. Summary of the thesis results:
The study has absorbed and systematized the universal theoretical and practical values and relevant elements in the theory of tourism, tourists, tourist characteristics, the significance and factors affecting the attraction of tourists to destinations. Based on the acquired theoretical and practical issues, the author used various methods to collect data on tourism activities in Bac Ha, such as: Fieldwork at tourist sites to assess the value of resources, cross-reference and verify information; collecting information from research works, reports, and documents on tourism in Bac Ha; designing questionnaires to understand tourist needs as well as their assessments and comments on tourism resources, infrastructure, and tourism resources. We conducted interviews with several tourism leaders in Lao Cai province, Party and government leaders, and tourism businesses in Bac Ha district regarding the advantages and disadvantages of the tourism industry, development strategies, and tourism management in Bac Ha district…
Based on the results of data collection, analysis, and evaluation of the current state of attracting domestic tourists to Bac Ha - Lao Cai; and the survey and assessment of solutions implemented by Bac Ha to attract domestic tourists; this study proposes specific directions regarding the market and tourism products for domestic tourists. It also suggests several solutions concerning tourism management policies, investment in infrastructure, tourism market research, development of tourism services and products, tourism promotion and marketing, and improving the quality of tourism human resources… all aimed at attracting and meeting the increasingly high demands of domestic tourists visiting Bac Ha - Lao Cai.
12. Practical Applicability: The research results will provide a relatively comprehensive system of tourism resources, infrastructure, tourism policies, tourist destinations, and destination quality analysis; the solutions for attracting tourists to Bac Ha will serve as a basis for the tourism industry of Lao Cai, the Party Committee and the government of Bac Ha district to refer to, study, and apply to promote the image of Bac Ha to domestic tourists. The topic also serves as a reference document for lecturers and students in the process of researching, teaching, and learning about attracting tourists to destinations.

The thesis has perceived and systematized popular theoretical and practical values and relevant factors in the theory of tourism, tourists, tourists' characteristics, meanings and factors which influence the tourists' attraction to destinations. Based on the results of collection, analysis and assessment of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges for Bac Ha's tourism industry as well as tourism development goals and objectives; The thesis has proposed specific orientations on markets and tourism products for domestic tourists…. In addition to this, propose some solutions for mechanisms and policies on state tourism's management; investment in infrastructure; research for tourism markets; developing the services and tourism products; promoting, broadcasting tourism provoke tourism's quality... in order to attract and meet the increasing demands of domestic customers when coming to experience in Bac Ha - Lao Cai.
