10. Summary of thesis results: Based on the theoretical framework, the thesis surveyed and researched the current state of media coverage on COVID-19 vaccination in Vietnamese online newspapers. The author conducted a survey on three online newspapers: VietnamNet, Cong Thuong, and Suc Khoe & Doi Song during the period 2020-2021; evaluated the successes, limitations, and causes; and proposed solutions and recommendations to further improve the quality of media coverage on the pandemic in general in the future.

Practical Applications: This thesis is a scientific work that can serve as a reference for researchers and lecturers teaching topics related to disease communication and national immunization programs in universities, especially those with journalism departments or institutes. Furthermore, the thesis can assist media organizations in general, and online news agencies in particular, in finding directions and solutions to improve the quality of communication regarding diseases and vaccination programs.
