• The thesis has clarified the guidelines and policies of the Party and State of Vietnam in building a socialist rule-of-law state on religion since 1994, especially in the period 2004-2016, and considered it an important political decision in continuing to innovate religious policies in Vietnam.

• In the process of building a religious state of law in Vietnam, the development and improvement of religious laws have a particularly important position. The thesis has clarified this process through analyzing and evaluating the Ordinance on Religious Beliefs (2004) and the Law on Religious Beliefs (2016).

• The thesis also clarifies the role and great significance of the issue of the rule of law state in Vietnam and considers it an important achievement in continuing to perfect religious policy in Vietnam.

11, Practical application
The research results of the thesis have contributed to clarifying the theoretical and practical basis in clarifying the theory of the rule of law state and religion in Vietnam. At the same time, through analyzing the process of forming the model of the rule of law state and religion in Vietnam, promoting the state management of religion, contributing to national unity and stable development of the country.
