The thesis is a new study on Magazine Editorial Management in the digital transformation trend. To survive and develop, newspaper editorial offices in general and magazines in particular need to move towards innovative models, including digital transformation, focusing on building a convergent and multimedia editorial model. In addition, newsrooms need to innovate (replacing the traditional model) in organizing the production of press and media products, especially needing a strategy to train press and media human resources to meet practical requirements in the context of digital transformation of the current press and media industry.
11. Practical applicability: The research results will provide recommendations for leadership and management of the press; recommendations for 3 magazines to survey solutions to better perform their roles in governance activities in the face of digital transformation trends.
