11. Summary of thesis results:
The topic has reviewed and systematized the theoretical basis, identified and selected 7 factors affecting the corporate culture of Novotel Hanoi Thai Ha Hotel and Novotel Suite Hanoi. From there, the topic has established a research model including 6 standards and 31 criteria to evaluate the impact of factors on the corporate culture of the 2 hotels above. Based on the established research model, the topic has qualitatively analyzed the factors of the external and internal environment affecting the corporate culture through secondary data. The results of this analysis are the basis for the topic to build a TOWS matrix to identify challenges, opportunities, weaknesses and strengths to create a basis for making recommendations to strengthen and develop the corporate culture of Novotel Hanoi Thai Ha Hotel and Novotel Suite Hanoi. In addition, the topic quantitatively assessed the impact of factors on the corporate culture of these hotels through primary data from the opinions of employees working here. The results of employee evaluations of factors affecting corporate culture were collected through questionnaires and processed using SPSS 23.0 software. From there, the topic analyzed regression and obtained regression equations with standardized Beta coefficients as a basis for making recommendations to strengthen and develop the corporate culture of the above 2 hotels.
12. Practical applicability: It is a reference document for students and trainees in tourism and hotel industries and a scientific basis that hotels can refer to in the process of strengthening and developing corporate culture.
