The thesis has clarified the following issues:
This study aims to investigate the current state of the material and spiritual lives of people with disabilities in Viet Ngoc commune, Tan Yen district, Bac Giang province. It analyzes the difficulties affecting the effectiveness of livelihood support for people with disabilities in this area. In particular, it explores the needs of people with disabilities regarding livelihood support and the local government's perspective on this issue.
At the same time, the study also investigates the current state of livelihood support for people with disabilities that has been and is being implemented in the locality and evaluates the effectiveness of these activities.
Finally, the study will propose specific solutions and a feasible project based on social work principles to improve the effectiveness of livelihood support for people with disabilities in the local area. It will also offer recommendations to local authorities, the community, and families of people with disabilities to provide the most effective assistance.

The research focuses on applied solutions to support livelihoods for people with disabilities and implements appropriate solutions to address their livelihood needs, bringing practical effectiveness to improve their quality of life and community integration.

The thesis explains the following issues:
The thesis was implemented to find out the actual situation of material and spiritual life of people with disabilities in Viet Ngoc commune, Tan Yen District, Bac Giang Province. It analyzes that difficulties affect the effectiveness of livelihood support for persons with disabilities in here. Especially, author found out the disabled's need in livelihood support and local government in this issue.
Besides, the author found out about the actual situation of livelihood support for persons with disabilities operations that have been implemented locally, and evaluate the effectiveness of these activities.
Finally, the author recommends specific measures and a feasible project based on social work theories to improve the efficiency in livelihood support for persons with disabilities in local areas. Moreover, the author gave recommendations to local government and the disabled's family to help the disabled efficiently.
