Based on the study of the level of legal knowledge of female workers at CANON Company Limited in Que Vo Industrial Park - Bac Ninh, the study identified the need for female workers to learn about the law, thereby promoting the role of social workers in supporting female workers to raise their awareness of the law to ensure their own rights.

Based on the research results, the topic has proposed a number of recommendations for relevant agencies, departments, and those who are performing the role of social workers to better assist female workers in enhancing their understanding of labor law, so that they can protect their legitimate rights and interests when facing difficulties.
