10. Summary of the thesis results:

Through specific research, this thesis aims to contribute to providing a scientific basis and arguments for exploiting the cultural values ​​of Quang Binh's coastal areas to serve tourism development, actively contributing to the socio-economic development of Quang Binh province, as well as contributing to the preservation of Quang Binh's coastal cultural values. The thesis analyzes the existing coastal cultural values ​​as well as the current state of exploiting these values ​​for tourism development in Quang Binh. It incorporates and develops research ideas from previous studies on Quang Binh's coastal culture and coastal cultural tourism in other provinces nationwide to conduct research on the development of coastal cultural tourism in Quang Binh.

This thesis collected and processed data, documents, and field surveys from tourism management agencies, researchers, tourism service businesses, tourists, local authorities, and local residents to analyze tangible and intangible maritime cultural values, as well as the current state of exploiting these values ​​for tourism development in Quang Binh.

Based on the analysis of the current situation, combined with scientific theoretical basis, the thesis has proposed 08 solutions to contribute to exploiting the cultural values ​​of Quang Binh's sea to serve tourism development as follows: (1) Solutions for developing the market - sea culture tourists; (2) Solutions for developing technical infrastructure serving sea culture tourism; (3) Solutions for developing sea culture tourism products; (4) Solutions for developing human resources to serve the development of sea culture tourism; (5) Solutions for promoting sea culture tourism; (6) Solutions for managing sea culture tourism; (7) Solutions for protecting sea culture tourism resources; (8) Solutions for developing sea culture tourism must be linked to national security and defense.

The thesis has collected and processed data, documents and reality surveys from tourism agencies, researchers, tourists, authorities and local people to analyze intangible and tangible cultural values ​​along with the real situation of exploiting sea culture values ​​for tourism development in Quang Binh.

Based on the current situation analysis, combining theoretical science, the thesis has proposed 08 solutions to exploit the Quang Binh sea cultural values ​​for tourism development as follows: (1) Solutions for marketing development-tourists; (2) Solutions for the development of infrastructure facilities; (3) Solutions to develop sea cultural tourism products; (4) Solutions for the development of Human resources; (5) Solutions to promote sea cultural tourism; (6) Solutions for sea cultural tourism management; (7) Solutions for protecting sea cultural tourism resources; (8) Solutions to develop sea cultural tourism to associate national defense.
