10. Summary of thesis results:

Through specific studies, the thesis aims to contribute to providing scientific bases and arguments for exploiting the cultural values ​​of Quang Binh sea to serve tourism development, contributing positively to the socio-economic development of Quang Binh province, as well as contributing to the preservation of the cultural values ​​of Quang Binh sea. The thesis analyzes the existing cultural values ​​of the sea as well as the current status of exploiting cultural values ​​of the sea for tourism development in Quang Binh. It absorbs and develops research ideas in a number of previous studies on Quang Binh sea culture and sea cultural tourism of provinces across the country to deploy for the research and development of sea cultural tourism in Quang Binh.

The thesis has collected and processed data, documents and field surveys from tourism management agencies, researchers, tourism service businesses, tourists, local authorities and local residents to analyze tangible and intangible marine cultural values ​​as well as the current status of exploiting marine cultural values ​​to serve tourism development in Quang Binh.

Based on the analysis of the current situation, combined with the scientific theoretical basis, the thesis proposed 08 solutions to contribute to exploiting the cultural values ​​of Quang Binh sea to serve tourism development as follows: (1) Solution to develop the market - tourists of sea cultural tourism; (2) Solution to develop technical facilities to serve sea cultural tourism; (3) Solution to develop sea cultural tourism products; (4) Solution to develop human resources to serve the development of sea cultural tourism; (5) Solution to promote sea cultural tourism; (6) Solution to manage sea cultural tourism; (7) Solution to protect sea cultural tourism resources; (8) Solution to develop sea cultural tourism must be associated with national security and defense.

Through specific studies, this thesis aims not only to contribute the fundamental theories to exploite the cultural values ​​of Quang Binh sea for tourism development but positively contribute to the society and economic development of Quang Binh province, as well as contribute to preserve cultural values ​​of Quang Binh sea.

The thesis has collected and processed data, documents and reality surveys from tourism agencies, researchers, tourists, authorities and local people to analyze intangible and tangible cultural values ​​along with the real situation of exploiting sea culture values ​​for tourism development in Quang Binh.

Based on the current situation analysis, combining theoretical science, the thesis has proposed 08 solutions to exploit the Quang Binh sea cultural values ​​for tourism development as follows: (1) Solutions for marketing development-tourists; (2) Solutions for the development of infrastructure facilities; (3) Solutions to develop sea cultural tourism products; (4) Solutions for the development of Human resources; (5) Solutions to promote sea cultural tourism; (6) Solutions for sea cultural tourism management; (7) Solutions for protecting sea cultural tourism resources; (8) Solutions to develop sea cultural tourism to associate national defense.
