10. Summary of the thesis results:

The thesis is structured into 3 chapters.

Chapter 1: Systematizing the theory of communication, journalism, poverty, and poverty reduction; analyzing the role of poverty reduction communication through journalism and criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of poverty reduction communication in journalism, as a basis for surveying and evaluating the current situation in Chapter 2.

Chapter 2: Survey and evaluation of the current state of poverty reduction communication in terms of content, form, and quantity of works reflecting poverty reduction; assessment of public interest and the quality of journalistic works on poverty reduction; analysis of the impact of factors influencing poverty reduction communication at the local level, identifying the strengths and weaknesses in the poverty reduction communication work of the two surveyed media outlets.

Chapter 3: Presents groups of solutions, proposals, and recommendations to overcome existing limitations and improve the effectiveness of communication on poverty reduction issues at the two surveyed media outlets in particular and the mountainous region's Party press system in general.

Conclusion: Communication activities on poverty reduction in local Party newspapers in the northern mountainous region have played and continue to play a crucial role in the local poverty reduction efforts, strongly impacting the leadership of the government and the people in the area. In the future, to best and most accurately disseminate information and bring practical results to the people in the area, it is necessary to continue to build on the strengths already achieved and focus on implementing specific solutions to overcome limitations in the quality of poverty reduction communication works, such as: improving the capacity and skills of journalists; improving the quality of content and form of poverty reduction communication; strengthening the direction, coordination, and management between the government at all levels and local press agencies; and strengthening the leadership, operation, and management of the press editorial board regarding poverty reduction communication.

11. Practical applications:

The research findings of this thesis are highly practical and can be applied to improving the effectiveness of communication on poverty reduction issues at the two surveyed media outlets in particular, and at other media organizations nationwide in the future.

12. Future research directions:

This thesis initially focuses on a certain level of media coverage; however, it could serve as a foundation for further research directions such as: The current situation and solutions to improve the effectiveness of poverty reduction efforts in Bac Kan province or Yen Bai province…

The thesis consists of three chapters

Chapter 1: Systematize the theoretical basis of the media and the press, poverty and poverty reduction; analyzing the role of the media on poverty and poverty reduction through the press, the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the media on poverty and poverty reduction on the basis of the press to investigate and assess the problem in Chapter 2.

Chapter 2: Survey and assessment of the status of communication in poverty reduction through content, form, number of works reflected; Evaluate the level of public interest and the quality of press works on poverty reduction; analyzing the impact of factors affecting the media in poverty reduction at the local, pointing out the advantages and limitations of the communication of 02 poverty reduction press agencies survey.

Chapter 3: Introducing groups of solutions, proposals, proposals to overcome the limitations exist, to improve the efficiency of communications on the issue of poverty reduction in 02 agencies investigating journalism in particular and Communist Party of Vietnam newspaper system in mountainous areas in general.

Conclusion: Communication activities of the Communist Party of Vietnam reported locally in northern mountains on the issue of poverty reduction has been playing an important role in poverty alleviation, which has an impact and the strong influence to the leadership of the government and people of the locality. In the future, to promote in the best way and in the most accurate way to bring practical effects to the people in the area, we need to continue to promote the strengths achieved and focus on implementing synchronization solutions, specifically, overcoming the limitations on the quality of propaganda work to reduce poverty. For example: Improving the capacity and skills of a team's journalists; Improving the content and format of propaganda on poverty reduction; Strengthening the direction, co-ordination, management between the local government and local press and strengthening the leadership, governance and management of the editorial board for the media on poverty reduction.

11. The ability to apply in practice:

The results of this thesis are highly practical and can be used to improve the effectiveness of the communication on poverty reduction in the two press units surveyed in particular and the others press agencies in the country in the future.
