10. Summary of the thesis results:

The purpose of this research is to assess the satisfaction of international tourists in Nha Trang city. Based on theoretical and practical research, the study has explored additional factors affecting tourist satisfaction, focusing on five main components that strongly influence tourist satisfaction: tourism infrastructure, environment, tourism resources, transportation, and food, sightseeing, entertainment, and shopping services. The research results show that these factors positively impact satisfaction to varying degrees. Furthermore, the research findings are explained as follows:

Firstly, this study enriches previous research findings on assessing tourist satisfaction in the tourism sector. Building upon previous studies by other authors on destination satisfaction, the author also presents a research model with five factors influencing the satisfaction of international tourists with tourism in Nha Trang.

Secondly, combining the author's research findings with practical observations and personal experience, the author has proposed several recommendations based on regression analysis to improve international tourist satisfaction with Nha Trang tourism. Furthermore, the results can help tourism authorities prioritize specific issues and propose appropriate solutions.

11. Practical applications:

This research helps tourism businesses, hotels, service providers, and relevant agencies understand the factors affecting international tourist satisfaction. From this, they can develop appropriate solutions and policies to promote tourism development in Nha Trang.

Furthermore, the topic serves as a reference for students and subsequent researchers, and as a basis for similar studies in other locations in Vietnam.

12. Future research directions:

Expanding the research scope to other provinces and cities will enhance the reliability of the research model. In addition, the distribution of survey questionnaires to tourists will be tailored to specific circumstances and time periods to ensure a comprehensive sample and highly realistic results.

Further research on loyalty or intention to return could uncover more variables and explain tourist satisfaction. These results will serve as a basis for further studies on loyalty and intention to return to Nha Trang, leading to appropriate recommendations and policies to help tourism organizations assess and plan their development strategies effectively.

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the satisfaction of international tourists in Nha Trang city. Based on theoretical and practical research, the research has further explored the factors that influence visitor satisfaction with the five factors that strongly influence visitor satisfaction: Tourism infrastructure, Environment, Tourism resources, Transportation, and Catering, sightseeing, entertainment, shopping. The results of the research, factors that positively impact on satisfaction with different levels. In addition, the results of the research were explained as follows:

Firstly, this research enriches previous research findings on visitor satisfaction in the tourism sector. Inheriting the authors' previous research on destination satisfaction, the author also outlined a research model with five factors that affect on international tourists' satisfaction in Nha Trang City.

Secondly, combining the results of research and observation experience, the author has proposed a number of recommendations based on the regression results to improve the satisfaction of international tourists for Nha Trang tourism. In addition, the results can help travel agencies to focus on the issues first and provide solutions.

The research helps businesses, travel agencies, hotels, and services understand the factors that affect the satisfaction of international tourism. Therefore they can give some appropriate solutions and policies to promote tourism development in Nha Trang. In addition, the results of this study can help university students and other researchers have a better understanding on this subject matter and further research this topic in other locations.

12. Next research directions:

Extend the scope of research to other cities and provinces to increase the credibility of the research model. In addition, the distribution of surveys to visitors will be done according to different circumstances, the specific time to sample the overall and the results are highly realistic.

Extend the study of tourist satisfaction to improve future services to ensure that tourists are coming back to this destination. This result is the basis for further use in subsequent studies of loyalty and intention to return to Nha Trang, which provides advice and policy to help tourism organizations for development strategy.
