Firstly: This study aims to understand the current situation of women's use of social policy bank loans and support for women in using loans from the perspective of social work in Thuan Hoa commune, Tuyen Hoa district, Quang Binh province, thereby making recommendations to support women in using loans effectively.

Second: The topic focuses on analyzing activities to support women in Thuan Hoa commune to use loans in 4 types: Loans for production and business; Loans for poverty reduction; Loans for clean water and environmental sanitation and loans for students. Analyze the impacts of activities to support the use of loans on the lives of borrowing households. Specifically: Impact on living conditions; Impact on the ability to manage and save household expenses; Impact on economic development, poverty reduction; Impact on human resource development: Impact on the position and voice of women in the family and community.
